Buying and selling a home is stressful! Having the "right" agent is an absolute necessity. From our initial meeting with Marie, I knew we were in great hands. She did an amazing job of marketing our home, and she equally listened to what we wanted and narrowed down showings that encompassed our desires and needs. We would call her about properties, and she would explain how it met or didn't meet our needs thus not wasting our time in showing us a home that she knew we wouldn't care for. The little things that Marie does are what set her apart. These include: departing gifts, welcoming gifts, all the way to packing materials that assisted us in unpacking at our new home.
